As Asset Officer – Plant & Equipment, you will monitor, maintain and optimise building management systems and mechanical plant across key Council facilities, including the Library and Exhibition Centre, Museum, Civic Centre and Aquatic Centres.
You will play a key role in improving energy efficiency and ensuring heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems operate effectively.
You will maintain accurate asset registers and management plans, ensuring all preventative and deferred maintenance is recorded and up to date.
The role also involves coordinating and delivering minor operational and capital works, including scoping, procurement, contractor management and budget monitoring.
