Job Description
The role of Assistant Accommodation Manager will include:
Ensuring that a high-quality service is delivered and meets customer expectationsReporting maintenance issues and liaising with relevant individuals to ensure repairs are completed and customers informedEnsuring property inspections, health and safety and compliance checks are completed in line with legislation and policySupervising a General Assistant and Caretaker, providing guidance, support and promoting the development of staffDeveloping and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external customersWorking with the wider team on monthly checks of buildings, raising repairs ensuring these are completed, completing inspections on void rooms, and carrying out health and safety checksComplaints management and raising purchase orders Skills and experiences:
