Description: Our client is looking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and team working skills to join an established, lively team. You need to be competent working with Excel, web-based systems, and have motor trade and DMS experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Accountant with month-end and year-end accounts procedures
• Month-end vehicle reconciliations
• Trial Balance, reports, and resolving accounting issues
• Petty cash and bank reconciliations
• Raising cheques, overseeing purchase ledger and sales ledger
• Assisting with other general administrative and ad-hoc tasks
• Providing holiday cover within the centralized accounts function
