Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Handle full set / partial set of accounts
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
- Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and staff claims
- Follow up on customer collections and outstanding payments
- Assist in month-end closing and audit schedules
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary
- Assist in payroll processing, CPF submission, and IR8A preparation
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
Administration & Operations
- Support office administration and operational coordination
- Handle procurement, purchase orders, and supplier coordination
- Maintain employee records, insurance, and company assets
