Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Handle full set / partial set of accounts
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
  • Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and staff claims
  • Follow up on customer collections and outstanding payments
  • Assist in month-end closing and audit schedules
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary
  • Assist in payroll processing, CPF submission, and IR8A preparation
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

Administration & Operations

  • Support office administration and operational coordination
  • Handle procurement, purchase orders, and supplier coordination
