This role is responsible for managing billing, collections, and customer service operations for Asian Eye. The position requires accurate processing of invoices, handling payments, reconciling collections, and providing outstanding service to patients and clients.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for services rendered: verify billing details, calculate charges, and prepare invoices for submission.
• Collect payments from patients and clients via cash, checks, and electronic transactions while adhering to billing policies.
• Issue official receipts for all payments received, ensuring correct recording in the system.
• Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA) to Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and other business entities with all relevant information on time.
