Job Description - Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM models within the project.
- Prepare and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) that outlines the BIM goals, processes, and responsibilities for the project.
- Align BIM implementation with the project's overall strategic objectives, ensuring that BIM supports the project's goals and enhances efficiency
- Facilitate collaboration among various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure integrated and coordinated design and construction models.
- Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related matters, engaging with all stakeholders including project owners, design teams, contractors, and Client’s representatives.
- Monitor regular run of Clash Detection within the BIM models and identify and resolve conflicts and to prevent issues during construction.
