The successful candidate will oversee the department’s daily operations and administration, ensuring optimal performance of building systems and services.
Responsibilities - Manage the smooth operations and maintenance of the building, facilities, and all mechanical, electrical, and engineering services.
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all machinery, equipment, civil works.
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards, operational efficiency, and service quality.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of engineering inventory and supplies.
Requirements - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry.
