Key Responsibilities

• Project Documentation: Manage and maintain project files, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders using project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
• Budgeting & Procurement: Assist with material take-offs, bid preparations, invoice reviews, and cost-tracking to help maintain project profitability.
