To support the Contracts & Legal Team in providing contractual, claims and compliance support across the full project lifecycle, from pre‑tender and contract execution to claims management, dispute resolution and project close out.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in pre‑tender and tender stage contract reviews, including main contracts, sub contracts, MOUs and NDAs.
- Support identification of contractual risks and preparation of contract review summaries and checklists.
- Assist in administering and standardising the use of approved contract and procurement templates.
- Prepare and issue Notices of Claim, Further and Better Particulars, and claim updates for EOT, loss and expense, and additional costs.
