Assistant Controller - Revenue

Under the general direction of the Manager of Finance and Administration, the Assistant Controller (Revenue) is responsible for the successful and ongoing operation of the existing water and sewer utility billing system, advancing the Department’s meter strategy and playing a key role in the Customer Care and Billing System (CCB). The Assistant Controller will bring business acumen and financial expertise to develop revenue strategies and provide leadership to continuously improve the water meter reading, billing, collection, and accounting functions. The Assistant Controller is responsible for safeguarding annual water and sewer revenue billed to external clients and for maintaining positive customer relations and delivering excellent customer service.
