Job Description
Responsibilties Includes - Wash, peel, chop, mix ingredients; portion, assemble, and package food items according to SOPs and recipes.
- Assist manager by preparing workstations, operating basic equipment (mixers, ovens), and executing cooking tasks as directed.
- Ensure food meets quality, presentation, and portion standards; adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene (SOPs), and health regulations.
- Receive, store, and organize ingredients; monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks and stock-taking.
- Maintain sanitation of workstations, utensils, equipment, and overall kitchen area.
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules, minimize waste, and support the overall team.
Requirements - Basic food prep skills (cutting, measuring), at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
