Job Description

SCOPE:

Assistant Cost Managers support our team in varying types and sizes of projects either in the pre-contract estimating stages or post contract on site. Our projects are varied and can be relatively small or complex and large.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

  • To support the Cost Management team taking responsibility for allocated tasks.
  • To help us provide excellent service delivery to our clients, gain their trust and enhance our reputation.
  • To help us ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service from pre-contract to construction completion.

KEY EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of and experience in the Infrastructure sector.
  • Knowledge of the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying profession.
  • Basic experience in estimating and preparation of Bills of Quantities.
