Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Attend to patient complaints (verbal / written) by consulting and discussing with complainants, performing investigations with related services to identify solutions and recommendations, compiling complaints and compliments into a report database, and entering complaint/feedback data for PCCRC and other management meetings.
  • Assist with courtesy visits to patients at wards and public areas, presenting findings in daily reports.
  • CCX Envoys (Front desk) and Telephone Operator assistance:
    • Provide front desk counter services and telephone operator services.
    • Attend inquiries, provide wheelchair service, guide directions, and assist VIPs.
    • Distribute leaflets and brochures.
    • Maintain staff duty roster.
    • Perform public announcements.
    • Update telephone directory.
    • Deal with PABX vendor on system failure or enhancement.
