The Digital Prosthetics Engineer (DPE) is a field-based role responsible for supporting patients by delivering prosthetic services during scheduled visits to hospitals and patients’ homes. These services include stump assessments, 3D scanning, prosthetic fitting, and patient instruction on safe use and maintenance of their prosthetic leg.
All activities are supervised and guided by Senior DPEs or Certified Prosthetists and Orthotists (CPOs) to ensure clinical and technical accuracy. This position also requires handling travel logistics, managing prosthetic devices and accessories, and completing administrative documentation.
The role involves weekly overnight travel and nationwide assignment, and is best suited for proactive, hands-on individuals committed to improving lives through mobility.
