The Assistant Director of Student Engagement is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing a variety of large-scale student programs and traditions at Florida Tech. This role provides full support to the Panther Peer Mentor Program, Student Life events and programs, oversees signature events such as the Trip Series, Family Weekend, and other large-scale programs, and develops initiatives that enhance student leadership and engagement. The Assistant Director will work collaboratively with campus partners, students, and external stakeholders to deliver experiences that strengthen school spirit, community, and belonging.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee the planning and execution of large campus programs, including Trip Series, Family Weekend, and other university-wide events.

Provide comprehensive advising and support to all students involved in the Panther Peer Mentor Program.
