Job Description
Job Scope - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and systems faults across all vehicle subsystems both on-site and in workshop — includes power systems, motor drives, data connectivity, sensors, electronics, and mechanical chassis.
- Conduct repair of vehicle systems: covering disassembly and replacement or rework of affected parts, such as pressure hulls, thrusters, PCB rework, wire harnesses, etc.
- Verify all repaired assemblies through thorough functional and environmental testing, and sea trial, before redeployment.
- Identify and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring faults and failures; document findings and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide on-call technical support to field operators, including remote triage and step-by-step guidance for in-field issues.
