Job Description
Responsibilities - Maintain Daifuku AMHS equipment as part of the sustaining project and support team at the customer's facility.
- Follow SOP and perform regular AMHS hardware preventive maintenance.
- Provide customer service for error recovery, troubleshooting, and repair of AMHS equipment (OHT, STOCKER, CLW, OL, VHL, etc), including equipment maintenance and adjustments.
- Assist in the routine maintenance of AMHS systems (MCP, OHT, STOCKER, CLW, OL, VL, ZFS, etc), applying software updates, patches, and ensuring the systems remain up-to-date.
- Log analysis and follow-up tracking of equipment to assist in repair and maintenance.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of software, system on site.
- Assist in supporting the customer after project go-live.
- Communicate and coordinate work progress.
- Provide standby support and be available to go to site after office hours if required.
