Roles & Responsibilities: Maintenance Support to Fleet Owners/PTOs for the eBuses/Truck: To attend on-site depot field services together with technician Coordinate with customers to attend vehicle breakdown Provide engineering and technology support to customers Identifying and solving electrical and mechanical problems that may arise in electric vehicle systems. Update customers on vehicle repair status Cost analysis and component replacement trends Recommend critical spare parts for stock up to Warehouse Executive Update vehicle maintenance & repair history records Documenting and presenting design, simulation, and test results to stakeholders and team members. 2.
