Key Responsibilities - Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance on EV chargers across multiple sites to ensure optimal functionality
- Identify, diagnose, and report faults found during maintenance to enable timely repairs
- Update firmware and software on charging stations to maintain up-to-date system performance
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance activities to ensure safe operations
- Coordinate effectively with site owners, facility managers, and the customer's engineer/technical officer from the Tech Ops team to facilitate smooth maintenance processes
- Maintain detailed service logs and prepare reports for management to track maintenance activities and equipment status
