Job Descriptions Technical Service & Maintenance - Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems.
- Diagnose hardware/software faults, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Conduct equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to e-calls (emergency calls).
Client Support & Training - Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Liaise with customer engineering departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality guidelines.
Documentation & Reporting - Complete detailed service reports after each servicing/e-call.
