Position Summary:


The Assistant Facilities Manager will oversee preventative maintenance and routine repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in training facilities department staff.

  • Use of maintenance software to manage work load
  • Overall Responsibilities:

  • Ensures facilities preventative maintenance program is followed.
  • Coordinates with facilities team members to complete projects.
  • Utilizes software to track routine repairs and maintenance.
  • Responds to emergency situations as they arise.
  • Does daily walk through inspections of restaurants to identify any potential issues.
  • Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
