Assistant Finance Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee subsidiaries’ accounts and month-end closing process to ensure timely submission of financial reports
  • Responsible for the monthly group financial reporting
  • Manage the intercompany reconciliation
  • Assist in preparing audited financial statements and annual report
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities or agency
  • Quarterly GST submission
  • Other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned
