Summary This position is located at the Washington: Joint Base Lewis-McChord Army Fisher House. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Responsibilities The incumbent provides support to the Fisher House Manager and acts as the housing manager in their absence Provides direct, on site management and administration of facilities and evaluates established programs and administrative procedures Participates in the development, execution, review and analysis of the Fisher Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Budget Under the Fisher House Manager's direction, implements new procedures, regulations and guidelines concerning house operations Participates in coordinating and supervising volunteers and contract employees, such as housekeepers, repairmen, landscapers, etc Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less).
