A bold, high-energy casual dining brand is opening its doors in Birmingham and looking for a driven Assistant General Manager to help lead from day one. This is a proper launch site - big volumes, strong backing, and serious ambition. You’ll work side by side with the GM to build the culture, set the standards and make the restaurant the go-to in the area.
