Our client is a prominent Malaysian property development and investment holding company. Job Purpose: Key person in consolidating and reporting on accounting matters for the Group as well as reviewer for the Holding Company daily accounting and finance matter. Job Responsibilities: Checking on treatment of accounting transactions and review full set account for holding and subsidiary companies, which also include compliance to accounting standards, Companies’ Act and other relevant regulatory. Preparation of Group consolidation and financial reporting of the Group for internal Management as well as for submission to external parties such as Bursa. Checking and prepare financial analysis for the Group. Preparation of Group financial statements and assist in preparation and checking of annual reports.
