iSushi is the leading sushi restaurant chain in Bergen and we are now looking for an assistant head chef for our new concept iSushi x Roxys
We are running two concepts in one location.
iSushi: Main focus is on takeaway, dining in is also possible.
Roxys: American concept with spareribs, burgers, pancakes and milkshake! Mostly dine in, but takeaway is also possible.
As an assistant head chef you will play an important role in maintaining high quality of our products. You will have strong influence on the menu for Roxys whenever we are updating or upgrading it. For iSushi, your main task will be make sure we are following recipes, routines and standards set for the iSushi concept.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience from working in American kitchen
- Is familiar with IC-food and kitchen Health and SafetyExperience with sushi is a plus
