Role Overview:

The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the Hotel Management Team in supervising the Housekeeping Department to achieve the strategic direction and annual plans for housekeeping operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide direction, oversight, and guidance to the Housekeeping Team, ensuring motivation and alignment with hotel standards

Facilitate communication and collaboration within the Housekeeping Team and across other departments

Prepare weekly work schedules based on the weekly forecast and allocate tasks accordingly

Check daily manning levels to ensure adequate staffing at all times
