Job Description

Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to identify training needs and support employee development initiatives across assigned business units. Drive and execute Learning & Development programs, including training needs analysis (TNA), learning journeys, and capability development initiatives. Leverage the organisation's existing L&D frameworks to implement structured learning programs that support business goals. Coordinate and manage training initiatives, including working with internal stakeholders and external training providers. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and learning outcomes. Act as a trusted HR partner to business stakeholders, providing guidance on employee development and people-related matters. Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding activities such as new hire orientation and coordination of access and system setup.
