Job Description

The Assistant Manager, HR will support the planning and delivery of key HR programs across performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, learning and development, HR projects and HR budgeting and policies review. This role will work closely with business leaders, managers and employees to build a fair, engaged and high-performing workplace.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Performance Management

  • Support the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end reviews and calibration.
  • Guide managers on fair and clear performance feedback.
  • Track completion rates and follow up with managers and employees where needed.
  • Help prepare performance reports, trends and insights for management.
  • Support performance improvement plans and related employee discussions.

Employee Relations

  • Provide HR advice to managers and employees on workplace matters.
