We are seeking an experienced Assistant Laboratory Manager to support the efficient, safe, and high-quality operation of our Hamilton laboratory. This hands‑on leadership role is suited to a technically strong professional with proven supervisory experience and a strong customer and quality focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Support workflow prioritisation, turnaround time management, and load balancing
- Manage staff resourcing, cross‑training, and day‑to‑day supervision
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams
- Resolve sample, reporting, and turnaround issues across ALS sites
- Maintain quality systems, audit outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
