Responsibilities Perform production job support and track incidents to closure especially on the batch job recovery and failures Conducting EVMS (Enterprise Vulnerability Management System) assessment and patching to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Participating in on-call rotations to address urgent monitoring issues outside of regular business hours. Respond to alerts and incidents generated by monitoring systems, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
