Job Description
Key Responsibilities Operations Management - Oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers or internal stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Process Improvement & Efficiency - Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Support automation and system improvements through Kaizen.
- Ensure proper documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are maintained and followed.
Inventory Control - Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
