Responsibilities - Maintenance Leadership
- Lead and support maintenance activities in alignment with client and EthosEnergy work plans.
- Develop and Supervise O&M programs to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. Manage CMMS PMs, PdMs, CMs to keep the plans up to date and perform improvements.
- Coordinate production scheduling with the client’s representative and ensure timely execution.
- Oversee planned and unplanned outages, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal recovery.

- Review and validate work permits, resources, and timelines for task execution.
