The role involves managing order fallouts in OMS application and Triaging tickets raised for amdocs CRM, OMS and provisioning application. Key responsibilities include handling P1/P2 issues , engaging stakeholders, managing top offenders, and ensuring 24*7 on-call support availability. The role also requires developing automations, maintaining SOP documents, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service continuity. Good understanding of Unix, SQL & Remedy tools is essential. India:
