Job Description
The
Assistant Manager – Budgetary Control
will play a key role in supporting the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives within an NBFC environment. The role involves monitoring financial performance, ensuring adherence to budgets, and providing actionable insights through variance analysis and MIS reporting to enable effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Budgeting & Financial Planning
Support the preparation of
annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans .
Collaborate with business, collections, credit, and operations teams to gather inputs for budgeting.
Assist in developing
product-level, branch-level, and portfolio-level budgets
aligned with business goals.
2. Cost Control & Expense Monitoring
Monitor and track
operating expenses (OPEX)
across departments and branches.
