Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process of applying, renewing, and maintaining business licenses and permits for all outlets and corporate operations.
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitor expiration timelines and ensure timely submission of renewal documentation.
  • Ensure that all business operations are in full legal compliance, particularly in relation to business licenses, premise approvals, signage permits, etc.
  • Maintain proper records of all licenses and regulatory documents.
  • Provide administrative support in compiling and submitting necessary paperwork to relevant agencies.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Legal, Operations, Store Development, etc.) and external parties (consultants, local councils, landlords) to facilitate smooth approval and licensing processes.
