Area of Responsibilities Analyzes work on hand for Coders and Charge Posting staff on a daily basis. Works TMG CBO Operations Manager to troubleshoot workflow issues. Works with appropriate TMG CBO staff to ensure 95% clean claim submission. Analyzes individual accounts within area of responsibility and develops workflow which will result in payment of benefits in the shortest time possible. Success in this area will contribute to lower AR days and improved cash flow for Tanner Medical Group. Provides high quality service to all customers, which includes, but is not limited to patient, physicians, physician practice employees, coworkers, and insurance companies. Works with Providers and physician practices in suggesting workflow improvements. Recommends process improvements which may reduce denials.
