Assistant Manager - Contracts & Commercial

Administer pre and post contract administration duties which include tendering processes, cost planning and post‑contract administration, advise on administration procedures, prepare tender documentation and evaluation, monitor budgets, prepare work orders/sub‑contracts/supply agreements, manage variations, contractual claims, and settle final accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare tenders, including calling for quotations, cost estimates and related documents.
  • Assist the C&C Manager in preparing the cost plan.
  • Compile tender documentation, award contracts and manage the tender calling process.
  • Establish supply chains and vendor relationships for sub‑trade and sub‑labour procurement.
