Role OverviewThe Assistant Manager – Customer Relations is responsible for managing the end-to-end mortgage documentation and property transfer process within the Retail Credit Management Operations team. The role serves as the primary liaison between the bank, developers, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and customers, ensuring collateral perfection, regulatory compliance and timely execution of all title deed and mortgage-related transactions.
