About the National Institute of Education (NIE) NIE is Singapore’s national teacher education institute and a key part of the nation’s education service. It prepares teachers and provides professional and leadership development programmes.
Responsibilities - Manage the Electrical system (High Tension and Low Tension system) of NIE campus.
- Ensure the reliability of the electrical system in NIE.
- Manage the Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems of NIE campus.
- Ensure the reliability of the ELV systems in NIE.
- Oversee electricity metering and billing and Power Monitoring System.
- Manage the procurement and administration of contracts for maintenance and project works.
- Manage and oversee the maintenance regime of the systems under his/her care at NIE and proper supervision of contractors' works.
- Handle the Addition & Alteration (A&A) and improvement works.
- Any other duties as assigned.
