Key Responsibilities
Identify prospective tenants and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospect. Lead negotiations for new leases of portfolio, renewals, expansions, and consolidations of assigned building clusters. Translate leads / opportunities into deal closures. Develop new business opportunities and cross-sell products to customers and their business partners. Work with asset managers to maximise building occupancy/revenue. Develop and work with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies. Monitor market trends on supply and demand of business space. Build networking channels with tenants and agents. Be overall “Brand Ambassador” to enhance brand equity. Forecast revenue routinely through portfolio and lease assessments. Prepare rental reports, cash flows and analyse variances.
