Product strategy that drives sales and reinforces Brand equity:

+ Manage the development and execution of our seasonal Influencer kits.
+ Create product mix proposals for NOAM Specialty Store GWPs and Nordstrom Anniversary GWPs, ensuring they are relevant, innovative and within budget. Once approved, execute through all support teams.

Finance and budget management:

+ Manage Department's $125m Comp and Photography Budget. Monitor and identify all expenditures, remain on Budget. Identify potential concerns and make recommendations. Develop new fiscal year targets based on prior year spend and learnings.
+ Manage the GWP $310m tooling budget which covers spend for Global Seasonal GWP. Review reports issued by finance and ensured all items are correctly categorized and captured.
