Job Description
1.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology and other business functions. • Partner with hiring managers to understand skill requirements and workforce planning. • Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, and consultant networks. • Drive selection processes including screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding. • Build a strong pipeline for critical and niche technology roles.<br />
2. Vendor & Consultant Management: • Identify, onboard, and manage third-party recruitment consultants/vendors. • Negotiate commercial terms and monitor vendor performance and SLAs. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies in all engagements.<br />
