Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management).Liaise with hiring managers on manpower planning and hiring requirements.Manage onboarding and orientation programmes.
  • Payroll & CompensationOversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.Ensure statutory compliance including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD, HRD Corp, etc.Manage employee benefits, allowances, claims, and insurance matters.Handle final salary computation including resignation, termination, and payment in lieu.
  • Employee Relations & Industrial RelationsAddress employee grievances and disciplinary matters.Conduct domestic inquiries where required.Ensure compliance with Employment Act and relevant labour regulations.
