Overview

The Assistant Manager will be part of a team who is involved in managing the day-to-day HR operations and business partnering in LKCMedicine. The incumbent plays an instrumental role in establishing HR business partnership with stakeholders to enable effective HR operations in alignment with University’s policies and guidelines, while addressing the business needs through HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Partnership
    • Partner and support stakeholders and employees in a proactive and consultative approach on a full spectrum of HR functions.
    • Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, recruitment and rewards strategies.
