Job Overview:
Policybazaar is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Voice Process (Sales) to lead and manage B2 C sales teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a Voice Process / B2 C Sales team
Drive team performance and achieve sales targets
Monitor productivity, conversions, occupancy, attrition, and shrinkage
Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance review sessions
Ensure adherence to process and quality standards
Track KPIs, MIS reports, and team performance metrics
Handle team escalations and support process improvements
Monitor operational metrics such as CSAT, AHT, SLA, and occupancy
Key Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in Voice Process / B2 C Sales
Experience in Telesales / Inside Sales is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience is mandatory
