D&H Secheron Electrode Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s leading manufacturers of welding consumables, is looking for a driven and technically sound Assistant Manager – Production to join our SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) Electrodes manufacturing division. You will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensure quality benchmarks are met, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control daily production of SMAW electrodes to meet output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
