Job Purpose

Assist in driving alignment and optimisation of the Group Islamic Banking business within CIMB Group for:

• performance management, management reporting, strategy planning and execution
• recruitment, manpower planning, and employee engagement management
• project management of CIMB Group and CIMB Islamic projects and initiatives by effectively managing all assigned projects and accompanying deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

• Assist in the planning, adoption and execution of plans of Group Islamic Banking Division, which involves strategies from all business segments (i.e. Consumer Banking, Wholesale Banking, Commercial Banking, and Transaction Banking).
• Assist in the development and management of Group Islamic Banking’s strategy Programme as part of the Group’s strategic plans
