Overview

  • Support the Restaurant and Team in daily operations to ensure efficient, profitable service and a superior guest experience.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise front- and back-of-house staff; assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance coaching.
  • Oversee service quality, food presentation, and consistency with brand standards.
  • Ensure excellent guest service: handle complaints, resolve issues, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Manage opening/closing procedures and daily cash handling; reconcile tills and deposits.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food, beverage, and labor costs.
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards; maintain compliance with local regulations and licensing.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar to optimize flow and timing during service.
