Team Leadership
• Lead and develop administrative and operational staff
• Manage workload distribution and drive continuous improvement
• Coach team members and manage performance
Operations Management
• Oversee donor management systems and database integrity
• Manage compliance processes and permit applications
• Lead funding allocation and budget tracking
• Develop standard operating procedures
Stakeholder Relations
• Handle complex donor enquiries and relationship management
• Coordinate meetings and prepare strategic documentation
• Represent team in cross-functional initiatives
Project & Event Oversight
• Manage event planning, procurement, and logistics
